In the ever-moving rhythm of Hong Kong, humans and wildlife navigate a delicate balance. This interactive installation invites viewers to reflect on coexistence— where every element, from urban dwellers to native animals, plays a vital role. Like a mobile in motion, harmony is only possible when all parts find their place.

The Artist

Hong Kong based product designer and artist ｜Alize Lam Yeuk Hei

Initially trained in fashion design, Hong Kong-based artist and designer Alize Lam Yeuk Hei graduated from Nottingham Trent University and, her experience witnessing industrial waste in mainland China factories. Alize now works primarily with forgotten and salvaged materials, investigating upcycling as both ecological intervention and social engagement. To proposes alternatives to mindless acquisition and disposal, her self-assembly kinetic toy and instrument kits challenge the disposable logic of contemporary consumer culture, reintroducing audiences to mechanical ingenuity in an era dominated by cheap electronics and planned obsolescence.
